Hptuners ftw. Anywho put ure hptuners back on... Or datalog look at fuel trims. This will tell you if you have a boost leak or if ure just far off.

more like 4 bus leghts...u should be putting down 100whp over a stock cobalt. while hes in one gear u should have already gone through two gears.

I would check your compression just for piece of mind, you could have a valve hanging up from carbon build up. It happens with DI.

12 is crazy rich. On a decent tune you should be running close to 13afr/.88lambda. I bet Vince didn't lean your tune for the added fuel from the meth and it's slowing you down. I wouldn't be surprised if you had some kr going on too.
