Ic pump

I think my IC is out. I have 38000 miles on it and I noticed my car temps are running hotter than usual. I looked to see if there's and flow and I didn't notice none. I put my finger in the HE fluid and it was real cool, should it be at least a Lil warm? Is there any other way to tell if it's not working other than the fluid flow? Also if anyone can give me a diagram of a CX racing HE hooked to the stock one just to make sure I have my **** hooked up right. Thank you

if there's no flow after the car has been started after 10 seconds the pumps dead. You can try tapping it with a hammer to see if it comes back on if you want to verify it's dead. You're just adding another heat exchanger so the out from the stock one goes to the cxracing unti then routes back into the system
