HA! I had my intercooler replaced three times under warranty. Just about every winter the f@$%er would crack. Now that the warranty is done I will be replacing it with the ZZP next time.

The zzp standard you have to take out or cut that bumper brace thing behind the bumper but the smaller one you don't.

I've got the standard one and don't remember cutting anything?

This^^

You 100% do NOT need to cut anything or remove the crash bar with the "standard" zzp IC. It fits just fine.

The only one that requires modification is the TR10 if I'm not mistaken.
