So this noise I had before the tensioner and still have. Any clue what that whining is?

Before any of this happened
1. Replaced water pump due to coolant leak
2. Car sounded like it went supercharged
3. Replaced balance shaft chain tensioner
4. Supercharge sounding whine went away but belt squeak occurred along with this airplane high pitch noise and noise under the valve cover (rattling)
5. Replaced serpentine belt, had cracks. Squeak is gone.
6. Replaced timing chain tensioner. Chain was super right against the guide with the old tensioner. Still have this nasty high pitched sound on startup and relative to rpms. At idle at 900 Rpm there is no high pitch noise.
