Unhappy Minor Problem After Carwash

Hey guys,

I have a 2010 SS/TC.
I have Dejon charge piping(hotside only)with HKS BOV, Hahn cold air intake and a few other mods that arent applicable.

Everytime I wash my car and leave my BOV doesnt seem to wistle like its supposed to. It takes about 30min of driving afterwards before I get the wistle back. the BOV still works fine and I get the PSHH sound but It almost sounds like there is water in it and the seal is wet and so I dont get a whistle out of it. So I tried wrapping one of my drying towels around it the next time I washed my car and same thing. The BOV is perfectly dry. My charge piping is tight on the hotside and coldside and I dont have any boost leaks as far as I can tell (I'm boosting to my 24psi like it should)
My intake filter isnt wet either and i'm very confused as to what it is. My intercooler doesnt appear to have any cracks either. I use a hand wand and hand dry my car, I dont use the touchless wash if it makes a difference.

Do you guys have any idea?
