Is it a must to get a pcm tune when you put on a CAI with the MAF still on the intake?? Please advise.

Is this what you mean by the MAF location?
I am pretty sure the car was tuned when I test drove it, then they flashed it back to stock, so that might explain why I am having issues at high RPM's...
Also, I know this probably isn't the best place to ask, but, with the Injen piping, if I get the ZZP tune, what exactly is it I have to do with the file to move the sensor? The guy at ZZP told me to just go to cobaltss.net, or google it, and I have, and have not found specifics.
Thanks in advance!

I don't want to relocate... the options are Injen Intake, or stock maf location. I guess I should just put stock location? I am guessing the extra 10 bucks for choosing injen is for the stuff to move the sensor, but as noted I don't see a BOV.

Stock maf location would be if you still have the oem airbox. If you pick injen or k&n that just means you have that aftermarket intake installed and the tune can get worked for that intake
Stock location constitutes as anything BEFORE the turbo. So, unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer, pretty much ANY aftermarket cai locates the maf in the "stock" location. Relocating the maf involves capping the maf location before the turbo and moving it to another maf pad on the cold side of the charge system, just prior to the TB. This is 100% not needed unless a vta bov is introduced into the system.
Long and short of it, your maf is still technically considered in the "stock" location.

I just want to say I appreciate all feedback you all have taken the time to give. It helps tremendously in making better decisions.
To 09CobaltSS1 specifically, I know it hurts to bring yourself to explain stuff at my level, but I respect and appreciate all your knowledgeable insights and responses to my questions, even if I get made fun of a little in the process! (Re: Turbo ABS Pump)
I am asking ZZP for specifics, I will let you all know what I find out and will post it in the appropriate tuning thread...

No worries man. I give people a hard time here and there, but it's all meant with love. I'm just a sarcastic guy so it's just my way of joking around, even if it does get misinterpreted from time to time. Contrary to some folk's belief, it's actually not at all meant to be condescending.... with the exception of a few of course.
As far as the Turbo ABS Pump thread you had, that one was almost impossible to not have at least a little fun with. You have to admit, that map/gps line was a good one.

From Steve @ ZZPerformance.com
[...] stock location is what you need [with my setup]. [The other options are] for those that are running an aftermarket BOV in the upper charge pipe. To do that, requires moving the MAF to the lower charge pipe.
