So im sitting here in front of my PC with an order for TTR for a Hahn DP and exhaust for my SS/TC.

What are peoples thoughts? should i get it even though i don't plan on getting tuned for a whole year?

i need some help before i hit this submit button.

Get the DP right now and wait on the exhasut the Hahn catback sounds about like the stocker IMHO. Catback will not add more than a couple Hp even with a tune. Get the Catted or Catless (better if you dont have emission testing in your state).

^I'm with stupid^ (we need a smiley for that)

I've been doing a lot of reading lately on HP gains for the LNF and the catless DP is by far the biggest gain for the money! But research has lead me to believe that the CIA DP is a VERY similar to the Hahn and costs less. Just what I've researched so far.

do a DP 100% first..... dont buy a exhaust from a company IMO... go to a local exhaust shop get custom 3 inch and buy the muffler of your choice... cheaper and the sound YOU want

i have both the HAHN catless dp and catback, the DP doesnt throw a code, because of the way the O2 sensors connects to the DP. def get the DP first, you can wait on the catback, the stocker its great. I had the money at the time, so i bought both

From what I've read, some do and some don't. But the Hahn and CIA don't seem to throw a code on every car they're installed on. There may be others, but from the research I've done it's hit and miss on other DP's.

get the dp, bought the hahn catted dp the other week and it sounds so much better than stock, especially at high rpms.

im going to go with mandrel exhaust systems for my catback.
specifically this, http://www.mandrelexhaustsystems.com...EXHAUST/Detail with a borla muffler.

How does this setup sound compared to stock?

When you ordered...did you choose 2 or 3 bolt flange and 2.5 or 3 inch with flange? Thanks!

3" flange, 3 bolt, sounds prety loud compared to stock but not as loud as you might think. The turbo really quiets it down quite a bit. i have a catless DP too. Stock DP it would not be that loud at all.

I was debating on catted or catless, but since I live in PA it's kind of a given that I would need the catted DP.

Go catless, but keep your stock DP and just switch it out. No emissions testing in Florida though and no code because of the sensor chamber.

I'm confident Hahn makes quality stuff but I just received my CIA stainless DP(catted with cutout) yesterday and it's f'n NICE. Not inexpensive but I think (hope) it was worth it.

I suppose I could have went catless and thrown the stocker back in for testing but this way I (hopefully) can avoid that -my only concern might be the cat clogging at some point in the future

Planning to keep factory catback and adding an electric option to the cutout so I can "uncork" at the flick of a switch.

Just my .02-good luck
