Need a new Clutch, idea's?

Guys, I need a little help here.

Looking between the KY Stage 3 (TTR) and the Clutchmasters (Modern).

Both look to hold at least 425-475 ft/lbs according to the websites, assuming the + 70% over stock (250-275 ft/lb) on the clutchmasters is accurate

If the clutchmasters stage 1 does not hold enough the stage 3 is about $100 more, and I could go that route.

I was ready to buy a KY clutch then discovered the price increase with the new retailer

I wish ZZP would come out with a sub $500 clutch/tob that holds 450/lb.

Let me know your thoughts.

KY is still a good price even with the increase and is what I will be getting as soon as I can find someone close with HPT who is willing to help me out.

The price went up because they improved it and it just happened to also add a little cost. It's in 1 of their threads.

Ding ding glad someone read what James typed, and explained what they sell now is a BETTER quality kit, in which cost more, than they did a year ago.

KY is still the best in value.

I will make a comment but probably not the one you are looking for.
ZZP Stage 4 is all you need however it's not in your price range. Zero slippage with 400+ whp..

I'm not gonna say anything other then thee price. because it'll start a argument. Op no point in spending that much on zzps clutch. outrageous price...... Buy a ky clutch stage three and you'll be good

Got about 75 miles on mine so far. Little different peddl feel but far from stiff. It does have some slip to it ....its not an on/off switch. Good stuff so far

I'm heading up to NY tomorrow night so I can put my KY stage 3 in saturday morning. Gunna do a trans fluid change while i'm at it. I really can't wait, it's going to be so nice to have a clutch that will hold again then I can start saving for my turbo swap!!
