new people with lnf

new people to forum with lnf should really research this car before they give advice on what upgrades people should buy, iv seen a few that suggest upgrades that people dont even need, cause they figure the stock part isnt good enough when in reality some of our stock parts like injectors, fuel pump, internals, are good for a heck of alot more than alot of cars out there. Please do ur research before u make people spend money they dont have to instead of spending money on something they actually should be. alot of suggestions people dont need unless they are going 400+whp some even more.

Anyone who says you need charge pipes is lying. I've had no issues with mine in 3.5 years. You might WANT them, but you don't NEED them.

^^haha.. he was shot down pretty quickly by a few of us though..

Easy mistake to make with these cars though. Especially when an unsuspecting modder sees a manufacturer making a claim that it will fit our engine.

Hello friend.

Your first mod you should get is a intercooler so you can advance that timing beyond factory safety levels. Your next mod should be the K&N intake so your engine bay can look exactly like everybody elses engine bay. You should also get the ZZP upper charge pipe because it will help make it impossible to differentiate your engine bay from anyone elses and also because the upper charge pipe has a recall that should have already been taken care of :/.

You should also get a high catted DP and it doesnt matter from where because they all look the same. Leave the factory exhaust alone so your car will sound exactly like every other cobalt SS out there because we all have the same setup.

I feel that all the threads in here are the building plans for my car I should have never said the K&N intake works great without a tune

So what if they all look the same, if we left the car stock we'd all look the same anyway. Not like we are all riding around in the same place at the same time with our hoods open. Lol just tell the guy what works the best on the car since alot of use have tried a few different things and call it a day. Not everyone cares about being unique, LNfs are few and far between enough that we hardly ever seen another one anyway

It's so awesome to finally know the person responsible for all of the Cobalts sporting K&N SRIs. You are such an innovator, trend setter and inspiration.

Forget the fact that K&N designed, tested, created, packaged, marketed and sold the item. Of course people wouldn't have bought the K&N without you introducing it to the market. I'm sure that the sound had nothing to do with it. Even with K&N including a card for any dealership to call K&N if the SRI is blamed for any breakdowns, people would not have bought it until you said it works without a tune. K&N owes you money.

Also, you invented the most common mod path? Holy CRAP! Did you just invent the intake/downpipe mod path or are you also responsible for intercoolers and charge piping? What other products does the world have to thank you for?

Did you invent the internet?

Guess what. Those new mint M&Ms are good. Just bought some at 7-11. If they turn out to be a success.... it's due to me. I'm the one who said they were safe to eat and tasted good. Remember that. I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUCCESS OF MINT M&Ms (If they are successful that is).

Yeah, I figured you weren't serious after typing all that but.... I just spent so much time putting it together that I damn sure wasn't gonna delete it.

I am STILL responsible for the success of mint M&Ms.
