No boost, cel

So I took my car for a drive, wouldn't boost past 10kpa which I think is 5psi

Shut the car off, started it back up boosts fine, well as much
As I can with snow on the road, but a cel also came
Up when I restarted the car, code was a p0303

Have a treadstone intake
And gms1.

Other then that car is stock performance wise

cylinder 3 misfire. p030x means misfire the x will indicate which cylinder. the code will go a way after a few drive cycles or you could clear it with a code scanner. could be many things from bad gas to a bad plug or coil. just keep an eye on things. if it acts up and/or code reappears check things out

It's because you have the GMS1. Is your turbo fluttering when you let off?

Ok so I don't need to worry about the cel unless
It doesn't go away or comes back

And what would cause me to boost to 5 psi and with a restart of the car I can boost normally?

I don't know what a fluttering turbo sounds like, but sounds normal when the bpv
Goes off, when it happened my radio was turned up, but when I restarted it, sounded normal,

I have forged bpv in the mail , dunno if that will
Help or not tho,

The wiring harness for your GMS1 is probably put together with the plastic caps that crimp down. They like to be cheap. So your connection isn't 100% especially if the wires get bumped with your fan or just normal driving. Best way to make it go away forever would be soldering the wires together then tightly wrapping them with electrical tape. In the mean time you can either clear the code and be good to go or disconnect your battery for about 10 minutes then you will be good to go.

car goes in to limp mode or reduced power mode if the ecu detects something wrong to prevent damage. is some instances when limp mode is triggered, such as a misfire, you can shut the car off and turn it back on and you are back to regular unless another bad misfire is detected and the ecu sends it into limp mode again

The Forged BPV wouldn't fix it, but it will sound nice when you let off IMO. If it happens again try to listen for a flutter. Trust me you'll know when you hear it, because it wont sound like a normal smooth pshhhh noise, instead it'll be intermitted.

It's just another symptom of the GMS1 and it's annoying as F***. I thought a Forged BPV would fix it but it doesn't. It is better than the stock plastic BPV.

C_A_D88:

Do not take your car into the dealer with any part other than stock on it. Some dealers are alright, but take it from me, no stock parts. I had a aftermarket downpipe and gms1 and even after the manager told me i could put the downpipe on they voided my warranty. They will flag you. Alot of them are ********. Put all your stock parts on.

The 5psi issue is caused for a variety of reasons. Nate will fix it. The 5psi mode is to protect the car so it's not damaged for whatever reason. I'm not sure what the issue is. Take it to nate.

Cheers and goodluck.

Like powell says don't listen to all the ****.
