looks like the ignition is now officially a recall, got a letter in the mail the other day

ya i got mine a while ago, im probably not going to do it until i have to or something else breaks under warrenty, i want those idiots to touch my car as little as possible...

 

haha do it before it happens its not fun lol

 

i told my dealership that mine was starting to bind (lie). had it replaced under warranty before it locked itself.

 

Yes do it before it fails cause it will ruin your day.

 

My RL's died. Wrapped that bitch with some masking tape. Been working fine for the past 12k miles. LOL

that happened to me luckly they were still open. they gave me a free rental till they fixed it

 

**** happened to me twice in a week. I had a 09 ls and the ignition was locked in the off position with the key in it. I took it to the dealer and thats when i i found my 2010 ss. A week after i traded the ls in for the ss the ignition locked in the on position with the key in it. I was on duty so i had to leave my car running because i had to take the duty pistol into pmo and couldnt turn the car off. i barely made it to the dealership before they closed.
