P0113 Code

alright so i took my car in to get a KY Stage 3 clutch installed, as i put it in reverse at the shop i threw a CEL for the IAT Sensor High Voltage, my IAT sensor was reading -40 degrees. So i researched it and found out it was in the MAF so i replaced the MAF and still have the code. Any ideas what it could be? Think when they did the clutch they messed something up?

Thanks

Joe

I have a K&N Intake(cleaned the MAF as well no Oil on it at all)

Im just going to throw this out there as a thought and or suggestion. But when the shop I had did my clutch in my lsj a while back. Some how one single wire from my wiring harness got stuck in between the engine block and the bell housing. It caused one of my fuses to blow everytime as soon as you put a new one in. I forget which on. But it was important. So they pulled the wire out once they figured it out, And fixed the problem. Maybe something similar happened to your maf sensor wires ? Just a thought.

^^^ This

I DID have something happen to my MAF sensor wires. I don't recall the code it threw but they had to put a new MAF sensor plug on. I could see bare wire on one where it had rubbed the side of the plug.

youve most likely got a IAT wire broken or crushed and shorted to power. Guys really need to stop just throwing parts at things.

Are you saying your research led you to find the IAT sensor was in the MAF sensor? I don't understand from the wording, but that's what it sounds like.

Just take it to whoever installed the clutch and make them fix it. It's very rare that you have a coincidental check engine light after a major install the second you pick it up...

Make sure you keep a receipt from the dealership so the shop you take it to can pay for the diag costs. I'd honestly just take it back to that shop and tell them to fix it.
