Percision 5457RB Turbo Swap Complete!

Today I went to Dejon Powerhouse and finshed my turbo swap! All I can say is WOW!
Though the tune is still under developement the car really feels strong! Here ar some specs on the turbo and related parts.

Percision 5457rb (its percision new "50 trim" replacement)
500hp rated
T31 series with better spool and less back pressure = more HP!

"54 refers to the compressor inducer
dia. and 57 to the turbine wheel inducer dia. It uses their latest billet
turbine wheel which is more aerodynamic for faster spoolup. R is for ball
bearing center-section and B is the compressor cover."

Full Kit Info will be aval. soon. Pics Monday!

question are you starting to see the limitations of the stock injectors?

and may I make a sugestion since no one makes aftermarket injectors for our cars yet.
Saw a car a while back that was using the stock fuel system but had a mega squirt system piggybacked and controlling its own set of four injectors.

I know this is a DFI engine but there is another member here who has done this but he removed the stock injectors as well i believe.

this is def. possible to do. my car has not seen a limit in the fuel system yet. the tune in the car is set to work and be safe until I hit the dyno. the car will be on meth... on high boost...

Joe not to worry I will do my best to help you get down the track and fast!

sounds great cant wait to see the numbers and times. Tell them good luck on becoming a vendor on this site. They just don't seem to care any more and it takes forever if at all.

I started tuning th beast last night. mind you this is threw the stock downpipe and exhaust. At 22psi or so the car was doing 371whp and 374wtq. the car will def. be well into the 400 range. this was also done without meth. The car is taking a while to spool. 22psi at 4600. peak trq was around 4800. now remember the stock exhaust is on this car which I think is why it takes so long to spool. (too much back pressure). all those who know cam timing please step in. I did 2 degrees advance on the intake (warm)
main table from about 2500 to redline in the last 2 columns and 1 degree retarded on exhaust (warm) main table from 2500 to redline in the last 2 columns. would changing the the whole table be better? I will post a dyno sheet later today!

Your exhaust is most definitely slowing down your spool. Throw some 3" piping on there, or even an Electric Cut-Out (To keep the car quiet when not WOT)... you will notice an AMAZING difference.
