next quick question, if i got the dejon ic,piping, intake and got some other dp and ehaust, gm tage kit and tuned on top of that, but then 6 months down the road I wanted this turbo, what else whould I need to do to slap it on?

Also out of curieosity(sp?) the bends coming out of the dejon IC are right angles, where other companys go with smooth curves, I know it is better to have a smooth curve, but how much of a difference is it really going to make?

Here is a better look at the graph.....got it from Brian's post on Colombus Racing....I am an old member there. I used to tune my LS1 Formula on Brian's dyno when I lived in Dayton.

thanks for the post. I was going to e-mail brain for the pdf. no smoothing. as soon as dave has the kit ready I can tell you what you do and dont need. there is very min. increase in power if at all from one or the other. they are all the same size. I can't say how much because there is no flow tests...

the setup is made by dejon. being he has not released the kit yet I don't want to give wrong info. I know you will need the elbow fom the turbo to intercooler pipe and I am sure if anyone wanted an adapter for the stock are box it could be done. This turbo needs air and lots of it!

the exhaust is all stock. once I get thos cats. out I will def. hit 400 as it sits now. I will be running 25-27 psi on 94 octane and pure meth. I will see 450whp or maybe even more. this will be done on stock sensors. now gm kit needed in my book.

I would just get a kit and have it tuned. your prob. going to hit 400whp with let say this kit and an exhaust on 22 psi. so if you want to go above that you got to by gm kit or get creative...... once I go back to the dyno I will push the rev limiter up as long as I am making power.

as of now the turbo takes a min. to spool. once its spooled and your hammering the gears the power is right there. your shifting right into peak tq. which makes for some REALLY hard pulls in each gear.

The ECM will not allow you more than 3 seconds of 25-27 psi before it shuts you down. 22.5 psi is the highest total pressure the ECM will allow unless you get the GM kit with the reflash.

not true...... if you regulate how much the maps see then you can run more boost.

you need map clamp which prevents the computer from ever seeing your map maxing out. in which case you will then need a boost controller until hpt gives us the boost solenoid signal control.

GT30R, full boost (19psi) at around 3400rpms with still more tuning to be had

Trans is the same as the SC, just a better clutch. I'm near the 400 mark and no stock clutch slip yet.
