to turn the tc into this type of beast, and if so what all would have to be done??

yeah sure just get an 88mm turbo and some slicks, you will be just like that supra

since the lnf ecu isnt fully unlocked, no.

If you maybe did a engine swap, huge turbo's, and/or rwd setup then sure with enough money.

I think the fastest lnf now is in the high 11's, right?
