removing and reinstalling cams

can someone put up a howto with pics if possible on how to remove and reinstall cams?

theres no easy way to take cams off an LNF without disturbing timing. Just put it at TDC #1 and disassemble. Buy new cam sprocket bolts and crank pullet bolt first, they are all TTY one time use bolts.
