I have personally talked about this a few times. There are a few benefits. Most notably, you'll get to keep your draw through MAF system which makes tuning a lot easier (not that Term needs it but...). Also, keeping your MAF in the intake keeps it from getting oil and moisture on it from being down in the cold side pipe.

You should also see better between shift response since the air is being kept within the piping. This would keep the turbo from having to make up the air lost that an atmospheric BOV would blow out. Its most noticable during normal driving b/c under WOT, its such a fast transition you'd probably not notice it much.

Lastly, you aren't a ricer.

I never once had any surge on my BNR with the recirc'd BOV (which was a Synapse Synchronic. Highly recommend that one).

You can still recirc a VTA blow off valve. Many have attachments for it. I don't know what kind you have but maybe it has that ability.

Yeah what ^^^ he said...

What type BOV do you have nfamous60? Maybe you can purchase a recirc fitting for it from the manufacturer.

Mine is a Greddy Type RZ which is VTA but can be recirc with a change in fitting so thats what I did finally and recirc'd it:

as long as no air in the system is leaked post MAF, you will be fine.

Hmmm Yeah the Tial QR is the one you would need. The Q has cutouts in the side where it vents as opposed to the QR that funnels the vented air through a round 'mouth'. As far as distance, that shouldnt be too bad as long as the air stays in the system and is recerculated post-MAF. Ideally though, you'd want it as close to the intake as possible...

LOL! Yeah, because of the way the BNR is clocked further back the intake now rubs *cobalt problems*
