yeah i think i remember zzp saying that the injectors do eventually max out at xxx hp. don't remember when tho. how much fuel and inj timing do you have left with it?

There is quite a bit left. He dynoed 502hp on 25.5psi. It runs 30psi on the street and doesnt show a signs of giving in. Thats as far as I have pushed it because the stg1 3bar maps are about maxed at that point. We will see how far it can go after he moves up to a 4bar set up.

Damn, thats not bad. This is from a dealer in Tennessee, like right across the state border between West Virginia and Tennessee. Maybe they're getting it from MD? Lol!

What I'm wondering is how we would get a 4 Bar map sensor without going aftermarket. Couldn't he just get a 35+psi boost gauge and monitor the pressures from that? I believe that's how lots of other tuners do it.

Usually gets one or two when it lights up the tires in second gear and it taps rev limiter at 7200 but thats about it.
How is that even possible? Full E-85 and 500 whp without a 5th injector? I have a 2871 car at 26 psi that is right on the edge of injection window misfire above 6500 RPMs and it is running 93 octane no ethanol. Do you have a screen shot of this car doing a pull? Because the IDC would be over 50% and the IPW would be over 8 ms up top when there is only ~ 5ms of injection window.

I wish 110 was that cheap here. Its like $10-12 a gallon here for Sunoco 110. Might as well go URT for that price. Luckily though I found Ethanol by my camp, which will give me a good reason to go camping more often, lol.

It's often a little less than C16, but even at the same price, consider this:

If outperforms C16 without lead. It has a higher detonation resistance than C16.
That's a cost savings (no frequent replacing of O2 sensors, no damage to cats).

Unlike C16, it runs well even on a stock timing curve, even at idle and part-throttle (good if your car sees street and track time and often has a mix of fuel in the tank).

It's a better fuel all around for near the same price.
Some very high profile shops/racers are running this stuff (Shell URT Advanced) now and swear by it.

Are you suggesting that it's bad or good? I know people who do it with no I'll effects. Would like to hear more.

if it's used instantly. it will be fine. if you let it sit in the tank for a week, you will have ruined both fuels.

Must be magic LOL. Forty's stock turbo sky on E-85 with ZZP's cams with HPFP lobe. Car makes ~370 whp 410 wrtq at 24 psi. This pull shows 7.5 Ms injection time at 6000 RPMs and this is with slightly raised fuel pressure and advanced injection timing as well. Injection window is only ~6mS at 6000 RPMs. It has some minor injection window misfire in this log.

i dont have the hptuners screenshots, that would be something silverbullet would have. But if you look at my build thread theres a video in there of the dyno pull pulls hard but smooth throughout the entire rpm range. i will def be trying this fuel out tho with a retune, new map sensors and once my 3rd gear is fixed lol.

Some fuel pumps provide significantly more pressure than others. Mine for example, sets the fuel rail high pressure code off quite often and ZZP had designed the fuel lobe on the cams to be smaller on the marketed ones so it wouldn't set this code.
