Stage 1 Installed - lame
they had to flash mine twice, and if the flash doesn't take and u drive for a while like that u will eventually get a cell cause the ecm doesn't know wtf is going on with sensors, thing i noticed was it was only boosting to like 18psi, stock i was boosting 15psi, called them and told them that the flash didn't take, told me to bring back in the next mornin, re-flashed boosted 23 psi was a whole new animal, love it.
Sorry guys works been a bitch....
Max boost in second gear, car fully warmed up, outside temp 61F...19.4 PSI
Brand new Conti Extremecontacts DWS...the stock conti's wore out at about 9.5K
Second gear chirps, but it did that before. FYI I weight 240 lbs, but spare and jack is out of car..lol.

After I had my GMS1 install I had no power increase and only boosted 15PSI. I asked the dealer if they flashed it and they put me on the phone with the tech who did it. He explained everything he did so I had to believe him. I pulled my pos battery cable since I had a CEL from my downpipe on...
BAM 21-22PSI and much more power.
I'd try pulling the pos on your battery and then putting it back on after a min.

There's nothing that says it'll make x much boost or y much boost if I recall. It's based on torque. If it takes 17, or 19.4, or 21.2 pounds to make the torque it's supposed to make that's what it'll boost and no more.
and what the hell did you do to your tires? My factory set lasted 35 thousand miles and could well have gone 3 or 4 more.

My factory tires lasted 15k and DWS's lasted 30k
City driving and boost equal no tread.
2008, did you have the Conti P225/40s on that? Of course they could have changed the rubber formula in 2 years. The Stock Conti's gripped well on dry pavement.
But I swear they left trails of rubber peeling off just driving around! Cornering on the DWS's I get to a bout .91G before they start to make noise, I could get .98 on the stock tires. I tend to fly around corners....

i made my stockers last 18k miles lol. same with my brakes. My conti DWS's are doing okay so far, the S dissappeared on my front tires
time to rotate. Im at 60k now.
I think an alignment job does wonders for new car when trying to maintain your tires for longer
