Stock Turbo Upgrade
I've been very interested in doing this turbo swap for awhile, and wish I didn't have so much **** going on this Winter or it would've been done. I should've done it when the transmission was out for even easier access to the turbo
Honestly... I couldn't imagine wanting > 350-375whp on this car. I think that would be quite the sweet spot.

You could probably get pretty close. It will take a bunch of tuning by a good tuner though, so expect to pay a good penny at the dyno. An intercooler would be recommended since you will have to push a fair amount of boost to get there.
It all depends what you are looking for, really. Its a great upgrade. Its more responsive than a GT28, and will flow high enough at higher rpms to provide a good powerband. Its a direct bolt on, which will save cost in the end, as opposed to a GT28 bolt on kit.
This is ideal for those who are AutoX'ing, or DD'ing their Cobalt.

This was originally suppose to be a "true bolt on" for the LNF. Is this still a true bolt on or do you have to have a bunch of other crap to make it work?
Oh, ok/. Just clarifying. The S20 will NOT likely be that cheap. Knowing Hahn, and knowing the price of turbo's these days, its not likely. I know BTF is machining his own turbine housings to make a bolt on kit, and i think it is still about $1700.
