surging idle / oil in exhaust

anyone ever have any issues witha surge idol and black smoke and oil coming out the exhaust.. car runs for 5 secinds and dies looking for any help plzz

Confirm that it's oil burning and not just running rich. Does the oil look lower than it should? Is it any weird color?

Oil is not discoloured or anything and is at the normal level
