I like Hahn's products. I will probably buy most of my products from them. I have never really heard of Synapse Engineering, but from my understanding, Synapse Turbo seems like a decent company.

I know Dejon makes quite a few products for the Sky's & Solstices. I'm just not sure of their "reputation". I haven't heard anything good or bad.

from what I know about dejon from DSMs is that they make pretty good pipes at a reasonable price.

The thing is in the dsm crowd cheaper is better and your cars apperance was the last thing on your mind. So maybe thats why the dejon pipes look good to me, also I have noticed for their products for dsms they actually offer what people want meaning they offered equipment for a supra sidemount or short run tubing or 3 inch maf. I like that they seem willing to listen to what the people want.

check out my build thread. for any dejon parts. dejon also has a sol. he has also been in the game for many many years with the turbos. dejon is respected on other forms inwhich he is a vendor of. (still trying for vendor status on here). My car will be ready in about a week with my gt30 setup done from dejon!. I love the products he makes and I have seen first hand the kind of work that he does. I am looking to be one of the fastest ss/tc's on here so I buy the best bang for the buck.

side note: I have talked to Bill Hahn about some srt-4 parts and hands down Bill is one of the nicest guys I have ever talked too!!

So if I'm reading this right, their 2 years time with the LNF in the Solstice GXP and SKY RL isn't included because it wasn't the Cobalt??? That's funny because their time with the LNF is about as long as Hahn has been with the LNF.

As Hahn knows, experience with ECOTEC shows that not all ECOTECs are the same. Things run much different between the LSJ and the LNF because of changes made like DI so going based on just experience on a style of motor won't always mean much.

Not saying anythign negative about Hahn, they're a great company and put out great products, but don't always jump on other companies when you're not even giving out valid information.

I think I'll end up with a Synapse Synchronic BOV too, I'll have to wait and see if my BOV is going to surge.

Synapse Engineering makes great products.

Good vids but at the same time even a good bob can cause that, always make the line to the bov as short as possible, and ima be using the new style hks on my set up

There is no, I repeat, no better BOV on the market then Synapse. Others may come close, but Synapse is the original, and they have perfected their design.

A side comment.....

If you buy a BOV based on looks, or the sound it makes, you are the BIGGEST MORON on the face of this planet.

A BOV should be purchased based on how well it does it's job, and that is removing boost from the intercooler piping as quickly as possible as to prevent damage to the turbo from compressor surge.

The BOV part #: SB001

and for MAF cars the anti-stall valve kit will also be needed, part #: SB001.5A

There are also other part numbers to be able to bolt on the an existing flange, check their website http://www.synapseengineering.com for more info

They also carry excellent wastegates

If you guys remember, they wanted a test car...I think they are using it to also make their BOV a bolt-on for it just like they did for the EVO's and Subi's

You won't need an anti stall since everyone should be recircing anyways.

SO let me get this right. You just put a block off plate on the factory BPV, install the synapse one on your intercooler pipe, Run the vacuum line that was originally on your factory BPV to the new synapse BOV, and that's it right?

You wouldn't want to block it off. You want to retain factory recirc unless you're tuned accordingly.
