Tools for LNF
there are several companies that make a kit that puts an air hose bung in the sparkplug hole and pressurizes your cyclenders. however you will have to remove the cam shafts to get them out of the way and let all the valves close first. then you should be able to pull them right off.

Got the valves out with a hammer and socket on my honda head. and got them back in using screw drivers and muscle. Dont know the spring pressure diffrences though.
J.R. - I'm not sure about the LNF, but w/ the LSJ cars the spring compressor tool has clearance issues on the exhaust side w/ the firewall. Just keep in mind, you may need to loosen some mounts and jack the motor up from the back side to tilt it towards the front bumper...

Dealership would probably be the easiest. It's a J-tool, let me go see if I have the number somewhere on my comp so it's easy for you to research...

I've also seen someone use zip-ties before in lieu of this tool.

I just checked it out. That is camshaft gear holding tool. Its $227 but there is a picture of it and I can make it. Its pretty simple the way it works.
