cop that pulled me over for doing 112 in a 60 put it up to 112 in an 80 and told me he would have given me 112 in 60 id loose my license for doing almost twice the speed limit, i think it be worse if u were doing like almost triple. but im sure they wouldnt chase u going that fast.

everyone is bitching because its 20 year old kids like you guys that THINK they are untouchable and have never even been to a driving school or anything and claim to be skilled enough to do so. if you talk to any pro driver that you go 160mph in a stock suspension cobalt theyd call you stupid. I dunno about the rest of you guys but my car sure as hell doesnt run any diff on the street then on the track Im gonna say that high performance cars are just that high performance cars don't make a difference where they get driven hard just that they are far more capable than 99% of the rest of the cars that being said if the car your driving has better suspension, better brakes, more hp, stickier tires there seems to be no reason not to use all that extra capability after all it would def be far more manuverable than the poor avg joe that happens to pull into your lane therefore there is no reason that you wont be able to SAFELY stop or pass said avg joe driver. Am I not right??

I have no doubt that me and all my "street racer" friends will live long and enjoy our cars while you guys hang out at 65mph your whole life and play safe.... I have driven and ridden in more cars and bikes capable of going triple the speed limit on the street than most ppl have even seen, as for the losing control at 140+ thats where driver skill counts and how much u wanna bet that the guy that drives his **** at top speed often understands the dynamics of the car and has the "feel" for how to correct when things go wrong compared to the guy that once a month drags his car to the track and the rest of the time drives like its a minivan? Ill take my chances with a dozen street racers before a track day wanna be with 30 laps a yr under his belt.
