tune + bolt ons

Ok I have seen some answers to this question but not in the right phrasing so i'm not sure if that is what i am talking about. I want to get a tune on my car but I also want to do bolt ons. now i know if you do bolt ons first the ECU tries to overpower your bolt ons and keep the horsepower down to 260. Now if i get a tune done and do my intake and exhaust will it not do anything? do i need to get another tune after each upgrade?

If you want to extract all the power for your mods you should get a tune done at the end. If you're going to have someone tune it on the dyno after each mod it'll get pretty pricey, so do the bolt-on's first then get a tune.

seems that catbacks and intakes are not doing much for these tc's

IC and tune are the biggies. catless DP will help, but I prefer to stay legal.

Charge piping will prob help very little with the stock turbo.

Actually intake and exhaust have shown to build more boost faster
