That's something I've wondered too. I also wonder if the new tune will have a learn-UP feature of sorts after reading the descriptions of it. It not only says you'll get the proper power for what you put on it, but some allude to the fact that it will give you as much as it can with no predetermined cap on power made.

Wouldn't that be great to have a learn-up feature. It'd be a self tuning car in the same way that learn-down works.
