Tuned maintenance
Yeah, the one that goes right into the O2 housing off the turbo. I can't figure out how to get it out. I was gonna pull it out so it doesn't get caught when i drop the turbo out...
Its coming out with the turbo, lol.

Been running NGK 6510's gapped at .032 for around 8k miles now, no issues. (~2 ranges colder) 6509's may be a better choice (~1 range colder) but for my highway commute & some stop & go, these are good. Color is good & no fouling or misfires.
Steddy2112 will post that I never go over 4k rpm, he makes a comment every time I post about different plugs.
BYT knows better, he's seen some of my logs.
I've been tuned since about 8k I think and pulled the stock plugs at 21k trying to address a KR issue that is ongoing. Stock plugs looked fine also.
90 MPD DD, purchased in 8/08 and I have ~29k on it now. It sits at home during extreme snow days.

I say run stock plugs/iridiums.
I didn't have success with running a lot of timing, a lot of boost and a platinum plug.
Every time I would get on it, car would misfire.
Ask Maven. He was with me a few times when it happened.
And I replace my plugs every other oil change.
Which is 10k miles or if I start knocking.
ZOMG!
That is right on cue with everyone else!
How about that.

The Front O2 is simple to change, you need a O2 socket tho
Took me 3 maybe 4 mins to change it. Its right on top, fairly easy to get to. The plug is attached to the side of the valve cover
That plug is NOT easy to get to! Or maybe it's just the fact that my friend had a bigger turbo set up... Race gas is definitely not friendly to these though.

LEADED race gas isnt friendly. They do make Unleaded race gas, I run 108 unleaded at the track.
Edit: And that plug is very easy to get to with the right tools. Easy enough I did the job in under 5 mins....

Well, I bought my car in Feb, and deployed in May (7th to be exact), and before I deployed I had 22k on my car. My car has been tuned for 13k and I have no problems at all with mine, not even a rough idle or hiccup.
