I have a 08 cobalt ss I'm only getting 8lbs and it cuts out alittle after 4000 tomorrow. I think it's a stuck Wastegate or a cracked actuator. The engine light code is p0299. Does anyone have any idea What could be wrong or How to check if it is the wastegate.

 

check for boost leaks.
