It could be any number of things but that looks a lot like tune issues rather than something mechanical. Regardless, the logs are the only way to see what's going on.

I'd like to see how this turns out with the catless dp. In for results. I'm already putting down over 350lbs. wtq with the stock ko4 on TF tune.

Yeah, Ray's gonna dyno it when he gets the DP so I'll post that here (reminder to self to ask him to send it). If it gets rid of the squiggle, I'm good with it.

I don't care what the HP is at this point, although I was hoping for 350. I just want my car back, but if HP doesn't improve, I'm not sure I can say much for the turbo.

In fact, just looking at what I have already on those dynos . . . well, with GMS1 plus the Injen CAI and hotside, I got 272.

Then I added a Dejon coldside, Treadstone TR8 IC, a catted DP, a righteous tune, AND the 2860, and got 313 or a gain of 41 hp, which I would have expected from all that stuff WITHOUT the turbo.

Anyway, whatever the dyno says, I'll post it here as soon as it's available.

I tried everything and anything on this car. Different AFR, Boost levels, ramping the boost different, cam changes, stock timing, more timing etc.. 17 pulls and all looked the same above 5500.

The only thing that worries me is his past dyno dies hard up top as well. This car had like 4800 miles on it only!!

Could it be his cams itself?

I told Ray to pull the Valve Cover and look around, everything looked ok, but that's only a quick visual inspection. They are supposed to be getting a catless DP to test on the car to see if it helps. If it removes those 2 dips and leaves a smooth graph I think Kurt would be happy.
