I wouldn't do the intake manifold but the TB will make a minimal gain.

I don't see the IM or TB being a big restriction on stock turbo. No set hp, it will have diff gains depending on your initial HP.

DI heads must be ported very carefully, I would only trust ZZP to do this. A local had the head ported and he was having so much issues with it that he bought a new stock head.

Im working on my extra head now. All I did was smooth out the short turn radius under the valve seats and smooth out the machine marks and do a light port match on the intake side with my spare manifold. Basically smoothed everything out without removeing to much material. Also clearanced the topside for the Super Tech Springs

I would clean up the intake side and then gasket match the exhaust side. When you do the exhaust side, match the manifold as well!

I'd polish the exhaust side before I touched the intake side, it doesn't take much work to increase air flow variation between cylinders and you do not want that.

Didn't ZZP try this and found out that it's not worth it because of the high possibility of messing up airflow on a DI engine?

They offer a ported head package They said it has to be done a certain way, which I get after looking at it. Which I why I suggested leaving the intake side alone and opening up the tiny exhaust side.
