Besides the injector noises I think the other is the tensioner whining, any know of a LNF how to on it? I can't seem to find one, or is it similar to the LSJ? But does it sound like anything else? I did replace the water pump and heard this is a side effect but how do I fix it? Replace the tensioner? '08 LNF btw

 

Get a really long screw driver and put one end (not the pointy end) on your ear and the other end on the motor is different spots to "hear" where the noise it exactly. Did you check the obvious stuff like the alternator?

 

Yeah it's coming from the tensioner for sure, I checked the alternator and did a test on it and all came back green, so the tensioner is whining a how to would be nice :/ if there is one
