You can hire a guy for $50 bucks to make you a fantastic website no questions asked. you can make a good website and have a good company. Thousands of companies do it.
LOL. Fifty bucks for a website with 800+ products. I wish.

No, it is a new downpipe, very similar to the twincharge downpipe.

It is not ball bearing. We should have it out by January, but we don't have a date set.

78lb valvesprings. Cams and rockers are stock.

my only question is, i do have the hahn IC, DP, and Exhaust, how bad would it REALLY be to use this kit with my bolt ons? I mean its just exhuast, spooling differences will be minute...right? IC I understand but will ur piping fit, or sell sell sell then buy zzp? lol thanks and once again great job!
Your IC would work fine. The DP would need to be changed. The catback should work fine, but I don't know how big it is.

(Click there obviously)

(It brings up this table with the different RPM Points, change it as you need)

(You will have to close the table then re-open it for it to show the changes!)

Very nice numbers!!
I've done that, but it causes a serious glitch in the timing. It will drop to less than 10 degrees at 7500 RPM and lose over 100hp. It seemed as though extending the tables caused the EMC to look for another table or modifier that isn't there, causing a problem.

If you get one with a cat it shouldnt, or if you go catless order the angled O2 bung, and it wont.

Since you guys seem the most experienced with the SS/TC, what would be the highest you would raise your rev limiter? Right now mine is set to stock and it seems to work great. Guess my question should be, does the power fall off after 6300rpms?

the misfire issue is the same thing i ran across with a few of the big boost 30r cars.

On the stock turbo, I usually shifted around 6500 RPM. Power is pretty flat til a little past 6000, but then starts to taper off.

Thanks for the quick reply, and thanks for getting my catless DP to me so fast last week, LOL. I've heard different things about the rev limiter. I've heard leave it alone, and I've heard people say to raise it so you dont hit it when shifting fast. Either way, I might raise it just to have it raised.

After looking at the logs and studying the injector pulse widths and cam timing in the area of the misfires, I'm pretty sure that the misfire is simply the result of running out of the injector window once again.

Edit- math was wrong.

ZZP > Hahn

Both are good downpipes, but ZZP's is alot cheaper, and they are made really well. Just look what they're doing on the stock turbo with their parts, running 11's.

So pretty much the only other aftermarket parts that will fit with this kit are catbacks and intercoolers. Or will other intakes and charge piping match up.

Unless you are monitoring your stuff with a scan gauge, I dont think you really need it. But I could be wrong.

500whp dyno chart from Monday. You can see where it was misfiring a little.

We also put down 495 through the full exhaust today.

Thats awsome! Looking forward to some testing..and endurance of the motor itself under some extreme conditions and many laps down the track.

Charge tubes and ICs will still work, as well as catbacks.
