ZZP SS/T Dynos 403 WHP!
Sadly, I won't be there
. I'm activating for deployment overseas in Early May.
Vulcan took a month and a half to get me my manifolds... the intake showed up looking like total ****. Now I'm waiting on a response from them. I basically have a month and a half to finish my car.
Not looking good.

We were dynoing up to 107 in 3rd, so 4ths redline should be in the 130s.
Regulators. What we really need is more PCM access so we can alter the MAF delta limits. Every time this turbo hits hard it closes the throttle instantly. We have to bring in boost progressively. It works, but the torque numbers are only in the 360-380 range when we do this, depending on how quick we bring in the boost. When we let the turbo hit, torque was over 400 just before shutting down.
I'll get some dyno graphs printed today.

Thankfully I figured out a way around that throttle closing **** the other night on our GT3076R swapped 09.
We are using our LSJ turbo manifold. The downpipe bolts right up as well, but the rear flange is 3 bolt instead of 4. What I did instead was fab a new o2 housing and used the same LNF downpipe that we had on there.
Nevermind, I'm an idiot and I've been awake for ENTIRELY too long...
...for some reason I thought you were talking about an Intake Manifold... now I see that you are talking about an EXHAUST Manifold. Need Sleep.

Are you still looking for a new turbo? We have a few at the shop. We might be able to work out an exchange deal if yours is rebuildable.
im sure you have figured it out by now but here is your throttle position solution...

We're trying to get everything squared away. It's just tough when we are working on dozens of new products. Some things get delayed while we work on others. Right now we have the stock turbo on this car since we are testing other parts. Hopefully we will get to the track this week.
