Having some issues with my car. Car seems to go into all gears except 2nd, hard to put into other gears. Im.going to adjust but I noticed the left cable doesnt seem to twist, but the right does. Is that a sign of a bad shift cable?

 

How does it shift into gear when the car is turned off?? Good possibility that the cables are bad but if it's significantly easier to put into gear with the car off then my money is the clutch is going. I replaced my clutch 3 times in my car, each and everytime it would be hard to shift gears and then I couldn't get it into gear at all.
