1 step colder plugs

can i install one step colder plugs gapped to .40" in my stock car im installing a pulley and injectors tommarow so will it run smooth for like 5 hours till o get off work

if you have the iridium cold spark plugs they're not recommended to be gaped

i got the ones that are cheap i dont think there iridium there on zzp site fr 10$
