2.5" pulley daily driving?

I have a 2.7" pulley right now and am debating over whether or not to go all the way down to a 2.5". I really want the extra torque that the pulley gives but I'm worried about problems that may occur with long term use of the 2.5". This car is my daily driver and rarely sees redline. I spend most of my time in the midrange. What types of problems does everyone forsee with use of a pulley this small on a daily basis?

as long as your not gunning it all the time like i do you will be fine. B/c daily driving with a 2.5 is the same as driving witha 2.7 you will just boost more when you GUN it with a 2.5 than the 2.7...

The same question is what Im wondering. I do want to go down to the 2.5, but worried about long term use. I pretty much drive like Dan above, but not as bad, but still bad, lol.
