when I ran a 2.6, I had to run the 1/2" zzp spacer plate between the lower mani and the blower to avoid belt slip past 5800 rpm.

In my experience the 2.7 will not slip w/ just a stg2 belt.

A oversized tensioner pulley isn't a bad idea though.

80s and e85 is the only way you should go, unless you have access to pump 100+ octane or c12 at cost.

I am running a 2.6" on 80s and E85 with a stock belt and over sized tentioner plus all the bolt on cooling mods.

303whp 273wtq.

I wonder if I dropped to a 2.5" if I could break 280wtq?

What are you're IAT2's with you're 2.6? I just picked one up. But not installing it till i have full exhaust which i'll do next spring. My cooling mods are meth, dual pass, heat exchanger and option b

They will climb into the high 130s on the street. On the dyno they were in the high 150s. I'm thinking about just running W/I to keep my SC and IM cool at WOT.

That's way lower than I thought they would be for a 2.6

e-85's doing? Didn't realize the engine temps would have such an effect on iats.

I also have a dual pass endplate, ZZP S3 HE and ported SC but its mostly the E85. E85 burns much cooler then gasoline.

So not only is the fuel burning cooler you are also using 30% more of it. So it does a much better job of controlling the heat.

I am thinking about using Water Injection to keep the SC and IM cool. That would really be the ultimate setup.

When I made 303whp I had my High Octane table set to command 25 degrees of timing. But since my IATs were so high I was only running like 23.5-24. With W/I I should be able to keep my IATs in the 120s on the dyno which is not only better because of the denser air but I should be able to run all the timing my timing table is commanding.

I am thinking that with 30+ degree cooler air and another degree of timing my car should be able to make over 310 to the wheels. Maybe a little more.

LS4 TB is not needed unless you need to move some big air flow. The stock TB is more than enough for most applications

Not as bad as i thought. Right now i see 120-130 at WOT with my 2.8. And i love popping my hood after back to back pulls and my supercharger is cold to the touch
