yeah i know that kind of. but im want to get at least 70k miles out of it before it does. i dont beat on it (occasionally take it up to 4 grand). i dunno. we will see.

You have to take the manifold off to put the dual by-pass on. Its a must, you can't pull the fin tubes out while its still in the car. The hardest part is getting the bolts out that are under the manifold, other than that it shouldn't take mare than 2 hours. Well, getting the fin tubes out of the manifold is kinda tricky to. Just be carefull not to mess the fins up putting it back in.

i think im just gonna get meth instead of the dual pass. next is motor and tranny mounts, tune, springs (maybe), then ill think about the dual pass.

i believe GM did a test on this and said it was not necessary to swap the cores...There was a post on here they were talking about it; i think the Time Attack Cobalt was what they did it on. Some others might chime in on this...
