2006 ss surging issues

Hello everyone, during the winter I put the car into a wall. It broke the fog light and the front bumper. I plastic welded it back together and removed the fog light due to mount being broken. I didnt realize the previous owner cut up the air box. Car drive fine afterwards until I went to start it after work. It was surging like crazy, 400 to 1500. I found the air filter was soaked and water was on the maf. I swapped out the air filter and cleaned the maf. It still was surging but I needed to get home so I decided to drive it anyways. It was doing like 20km/h and then it started to drive fine and would idle correctly the rest of the 1hour ride home. Went to start it next day and it's back to surging. I have taken the maf back off and tried cleaning again along with the throttle body. I also taped up the fog light hole so no water is getting in. I'll try to figure out how to upload video but if anyone has any ideas. Car is completely stock except for the sides of air box cut open. If my hptuners is correct the stft and Ltft are way off. 30 and 19 respectively. Timing keeps dipping to -2 to -5 everytime it surges. I would appreciate any help.

Just in case anyone has the same issue, it was the maf that was broken. I figured since the fuel was so far off and that it had been wet it needed to be changed. The fuel trims are now much closer and it idles fine.
