If your Dip stick is popping out theres a good chance that you have to much blow by and one of your pistons is taking a sh*t. Happened to me until the piston collapsed. You May want to run a compression test. The #4 piston tends to go bad after awhile of running high boost because after 17 psi the fuel rain no longer equal pressure through the whole rail and the 4th injector goes lean.

 

I am very skeptical that this gasket is going to fix the problem for dipstick is popping out. If the gasket is bad pressure would blow from between the mating surfaces

I've never had my dip stick pop out on any of my LSJ cars. This a common thing?

 

yes, it is happening to me after I replaced intake manifolds. I reused the old gasket, bad idea.

 

Same here. My dipstixk still pops out too, what size o-rings are people using to prevent this?
