What is the stock Alternator on the LSJ rated at?

Also, since I plan on going turbo, this is one of the problems I haven't fixed yet. The pulley only goes one way on it. What alternator is out there that will spin opposite what the LSJ does, with a similar rating.

 

On a side note, has anyone else had an alternator go bad, as in bad bearings that make noise, like when you shut the car off? My car has been doing this lately and its getting worse, I traced it to the alternator, has anyone else seen this?
