You can increase it boost by spinning it faster (smaller pulley) but make sure you have the fuel to go with it. If you search around here, there are a ton of informative threads on increasing boost, GM/Intense stage kits and so on.

your answer lies within the search button. there's lots of different things you can do. search around, you'll find it.

Well everyone is correct, with a supercharger, you raise amount PSI that your supercharger produces via pulley.

I just wanted you to understand that a boost controller has nothing to do with a supercharger, it's for turbochargers. A boost controller hooks up to the wastegate on a turbocharger or external wastegate on a turbo setup and you're adjusting when the wastegate opens. If you don't know what a wastegate is...

A wastegate is what controls the speed of the turbine by diverting exhaust gas out of the manifold or turbocharger itself. Basically, when it sees that it's building up a certain amount of exhaust pressure, the wastegate starts to open so it can regulate the speed of the turbocharger and keep the exhaust energy from spinning the turbine faster than it should.

Actually NJHK, a manual boost controller can be installed in our cars. However, it doesn't let you get more boost, but will instead allow you to set the max boost to allow. Good if you have a smaller pulley and want to limit how much boost your pushing.

In addition to a smaller pulley, you can also make more boost by getting your S/C ported and polished. But remember, the LSJ is already close to the limits of it's stock injectors, so if you want more boost you need more fuel.

You can also add quite a bit more boost by simply clogging up your cat

Interesting...you mean lowering you boost via bypass valve or something?

Anyways, he was talking about raising the PSI, that's why I said what I said.

yeah, u can be 100% stock, run a 2.5 pulley np problems lol. You just have to bleed about 6 or 7LB of boost. What this allows you to do is accelerate faster. Like having a stock lsj with nothing more than a 3.1 pulley. Your still working the blower hard though. Or you can bleed boost with hp tuners.

eh, but that would be the complete opposite of what every one wants to do and it seems like a waste of money lol.

Thanks for the knowledge though.

Well I don't know if I would want to run a 2.5", but you could throw a 2.8~3" on there stock and it would get your boost up to the 12~13psi you set as your limit faster. The thing this will help the most though is those people who are hitting crazy high boost numbers, since it will help them keep from possibly blowing their head gasket and also drop the IAT2's a little bit.
