Lightbulb Anyone Have Flowmaster?

I was wondering if any of you had flow masters on your balts and which series you were using, I was thinking of using the super 44 or the 60 series. I have Flowmasters on my camaro and love them, I'm getting sick my DC sports exhaust on my balt.

i have a flowmaster 40series, before my build it sounded deep at low rpms but very high pitched and ricey at high rpms. it would crackle like crazy when i let off the gas... kinda annoying really but unique at the same time. after my build it sounded like a friggin v8 due to my pistons, cams, jbp vortex header and head work. their is a vid on youtube of my car idling in my garage. search for magmaster04, thats my username. sounds nasty as ****

I have a Super 44 Flowmaster 3" offset inlet and outlet. I love it! Here is a thread that discusses the hp increase and shows a video.

It sounds loud, but I like how deep the sound is.

Here is what the Flowmaster muffler sounds like inside the car during an autocross race. One race is in the rain, the other is after the rain stopped.

40 series dont sound the greatest on a small engine, they are designed for performance v8s. they tend to get a bit raspy. the 60 series is designed for 4 and 6 cylenders. i had a pair on my old v6 cavalier, i loved them. nice and deep, never raspy. the only downside to them is the biggest inlet is 2 1/4".
