bad vibrations with ottp stg 2 mounts? solution!

You shouldnt have loosned the upper mount it's self.
Not saying it's bad, but it wasn't needed.

When installing rotated mounts, or trans mounts in general....
Loosen the 3 bolts on the upper engine mount, and re-torque to 37 lb-ft.

the 'stage 1' is the rotated mount at the front
stage 2 includes that mount and a spacer to make up for the engine rotation that goe on the bottom of your engine on the frame
