so I put a 2.8 zzp pulley and gm shortened belt on my car. long story short ive had some stupid as belt squeel for a while. does it at first start then goes away after awhile then gets worse if it rains. any suggestions?

Also is it all the way on the crank pulley and A/C (I think it's A/C, haven't been under the hood lately. It's the bottom near the front). It can be a real PITA to get it on those two.
