I will be part of the family here in about 3 weeks. I ordered my 06 SS/SC this week! They told me it should be on the lot in about 3 weeks! Whoohoo! Im excited!

I would be very surprised if it arrives in the three weeks time they specified, but keep your fingers crossed anyways . A number of people have been waiting for months and are still waiting to this day and they placed their order long before this week. Did you custom order or did the dealership already have one on order identical to what you described above that's on its' way in?

Anyways, not to try to get you down, just wanted to let you know so you're not confused if it doesn't make it on time...congrats on the purchase though !

The dealership didnt have it on order already. I talked to the manager as he was filing out my paper work and he said he called someone said about 3-4 weeks for it to come in.

The longer it takes the more I get for my trade in cuase we locked a price so its all good.

 

I ordered my 06 SS/SC in July and was also told 3-4 weeks. well I still haven't received it yet, supposedly it is being built this week. Who knows!

 

Oh are you serious?! Wow that sucks. Ill double check with my dealership tomorrow. We locked in a price on my truck but if its gonna be longer I dont want them trying to back out of it.
