well i dont even think you'll need to do one i mean if it was a fried ring or landing compression wouldn't be 160. hell last time i checked on all data spec was lower then that. try to find a temp gun and point it at each exhaust port, see if 3 is substantially cooler then the others

cool cause when i got my car something similar happened, thought i blew it so i took it into my teachers shop did a compression test and came out with similar results did the temp gun and the temps were pretty close i believe within a couple hundred degrees at most, so i ruled that out. the blower sounded weird like it was leaking air and the car sounded like a subi, but after looking into it more, the cat was clogged it fouled out my o2 sensor and it created so much back pressure it blew my by pass valve open, and that was that. but when it was clogged it struggled to get to 5600 rpm and would only boost to 10psi after that it sounded like it was leaking real bad

Hmmm I dont have a cat.. i have the catless ZZP downpipe. I talked to my GM friend, and he said buy new pistons.. 180/180/160/180 is not to bad... but maybe that 3rd one is damaged? It struggles big time getting passed 5600RPM too.. but i haven't really tried hah..

Flashing CEL always means some sort of misfire.

Whether multiple or not, you will have to scan.
