Bog

I seem to be getting some bog when I shift from 2nd to 3rd, and have some decent pressure down on the pedal(not to the floor). It sounds normal, and then after the clutch has lifted, it bubbles and pops. almost like it's choking. any ideas? no codes have been thrown.

Sounds like you're shifting at too low of rpms.

factory tune....but, isn't the factory tune already really rich??? So is it worth it to get it tuned without any stage upgrades?

If you have or live near someone with a tune box that can lay a base tune down then retune you if/when you decide to upgrade, I'd go for it.

A short spike is normal when you shift, since your car is going from load to no load (rich) then no load to load (lean), so it takes a split second for the fueling to level itself out. It shouldn't bog or last more than half a second though.

HPT or Trifecta. They are boxes that can be used to tune. Hence, tune boxes.

IDC's???? huh?

If it's the cat, wouldn't there be a code?

Sounds like a valid excuse for a new Downpipe...might open up a few ponies.

it still will peak boost @ 80ish kpa. Haven't seen it higher than that by much.
Just to throw it out there...It happened again today...I shifted @ 3500, so, no granny driving(that's not towards you karlen).
