Boost flutters and isnt right?

So ive been having this boost issue for some time. My max boost is 17psi, but its only hitting 15 and my gauge flutters once it gets to 14psi. My interceptor reads the same boost as the gauge so i know my boost gauge isnt kinked or anything.

I have a new belt and S/C gasket at my house to install. I noticed i can wiggle the tensioner pulley and the S/C pulley wiggles to so prolie the coupler is goin out. But i hit 17 b4 and still fluttered alil bit, now its 15 and flutter i had the bypass mods done and it spiked 18-19psi and it didnt flutter that i recall. Im thinking the solenoid on the S/C needs replaced, the belt and tensioner also. Then maybe the bypass needs replaced or checked out.

I have hit 17psi with my tune so i know its not my tune thats causing this. My power feels the same doesnt lose power at all just doenst spike 17 like it should with a 2.85 pulley.

17 seems high for a 2.85

sounds like either a boost sensor or boost solenoid....

Yah 17psi is the highest I believe the 2.8 pullies can go.

I'm also thinking the boost solenoid or bypass are clogged or bad. I hit 16psi the other day so I'm so close to 17. I don't thunk my belt slips cuz it climbs boost then starts fluttering around redline then I shift.

Update

Well ive swapped 2 other M62 superchargers on my car w/boost valves, new stage 2 belt, new S/C gasket, new IM gasket, swapped boost bypass solenoid, swapped belt tensioner w/pulley and guess what.......... still does the fluttering and my boost isnt what it should for each pulley size.

I had 2.85=16psi tops and fluttered at 13
I had 3.00=14.3 psi tops and fluttered at 12.6
I currently have 2.9 and topped 12.9 in 2nd gear and also did a few short WOT and saw it flutter on my way home.

Onyl thing i havent pulled off yet are the cam cover hose to the intake and the TB hose to the firewall that has a clear plastic thing attached to the firewall. Only things left i can figure it would be. Also i know for a fact my tune isnt affecting it, cuz i was tuned when this was happening.
My 2.85 hit 16.87 on the dyno and constantly hit that. Somethings plugged or something.

I have an 04 redline doesn't come with any gauges in stock formation. Its a mechancial autometer boost gauge and I have an Aeroforce interceptor. The boost reads same on both gauges just flutters on the mechanical and boost is lower than normal too.

Yah ill PM him, I was thinking could be my map or maf that's off. Car still pulls hard and feels like I have same boost eith smaller pulley.

There's only 1 hpt tuner around me and its trifecta (vince) and he's a busy guy!
