Boost Juice or Different Solution for Water/Meth?

For those running a water/meth kit, what solution are you using? I heard about Boost Juice, regular window washer fluid, and other solutions. But which is most beneficial and where are you buying it from? Thanks in advance.

Don't use Regular windshield washer fluid. It has to be certain types.

The best is Wal Mart's SuperTech Wintermix Formula (has to be Winter Formula) Already a perfect Water Meth mix, and it's about 2 gallons for $1.00 :-) Happy spraying!

Thanks man! Do you know what the % of meth is in that? I know the Boost Juice is 50/50 and most window washer fluids are 20/80 I think.

Also make sure there is no anti freeze in the washer fluid.

winter mix has more methanol in it to prevent freezing.
ANY blue colored winshield washer fluid WILL work.

the closer you get to the 49/51 percent mix rate {ie winter mix} the better, but summer mix will work fine.

I just read that the winter mix is anywhere from 33-38% meth, while the boost juice is 49%. Will there be a significant performance difference between the two? I mean your comparing $2 to $11.

if you're just using it for cooling properties, windshield washer fluid is fine.

water does NOT add hp.

you can spend 45 bucks a month, or 8 bucks a month. up to you. im just offering my personal experience with water injection.

im using the blue -20 stuff, I am able to run 21 degrees of timing with that, However I would probably need the 50 50 for the 25 degree of timing. So yeah there is a performacne gain in it.

I use boost juice in mine for now but as soon as I go through all 4 gallons Ill be mixing my own. I work for Jiffy lube and we get straight 100% methanol in 55 gallon drums cause we mix it outselves for our windshield washer solvent. so Im set for as long as I work there!

Also try www.snowperformance.net. Some of our vendors sell the kits as well (CA, TAG, etc). For anyone interested I am trying to get a a group buy going for the Boost Juice through SnowPerformance. I'll keep everyone updated, but let me know if your interested before I start a seperate thread on it.

i use boost juice as well. washer fluid usually doesnt say what they use in their solution, or the percentage of ingrediants. and yes, snow perforamnce will warranty their products if you use boost juice. i know some guys who dynoed a diesel truck and used washer fluid and boost juice, and the boost juice actually put down better numbers.

Good to hear that everyone seems to like Boost Juice, which I have decided will be the way I go. Now I'm just trying to get a group buy going on it thru Snow, we'll see how it goes and keep everyone updated (especially if people are interested).
